Dr. Mr Kamaldeen Abdullahi, the accountant general of the federation was called forward for questioning..sir" the Chief justice said, "why has your books been neglected for usual summary check and balances done annually this year? it came to the notice of the office of the president, that for the past two years no comprehensive and comprehendible review had been

Mr Kamaldeen stood up and replied Sir, "every documents made passes through the office of the prime minister sir, and he is in charge of the general accounts of the federation to be soughted to the CBN,every information has been checked and given to this office all through my service to the country, which I made sure I did and handled it directly to the prime minister. The prime minister was already fidgeting and sweating, the knife has pointed back to his back, he thought.
The whole members of the meeting were waiting patiently for the prime minister to be called forward, so as to answer the claims made towards him. For the past two years, the prime minister had been cutting out from the budgets of the country and funding into his own person accounts, karma had cut up to him , peoples mind and mouths started mumbling, the judge is becoming the judged". Finally the prime minister is called forward for questioning.
Sir! what do you have to say about this claim,? it is true those files and documents come through me replied the prime minister, but we both reviewed them together isn't it chief justice of the federation? the prime minster said to the judge, at this point the meeting was in turmoil, every body was asking what was going on.
At the end of the meeting it was found out that all the missing funds and documents used to cover the tracks of the missing money, were the handwork of the accountant general, the prime minister and, the chief justice of the federation,they had all along been into it together. The conclusion of the meeting was posted to the president ,that 3 of his most recognised political office holders were corrupt. An order was issued to the Inspector general of police, stating to arrest and, bring them in for proper legal investigation and due prosecution.
Mr oye Abdul on hearing this, had run to his car and headed out home to pick his passport, and visa so as to flee out the country, unfortunately the IGP was smarter, he had instructed the close down of all airports, prior to the thought of the corrupt leaders running away. The prime minister was actually caught about boarding into his private jet, and later taken in for house custody, till he and his collegues are been brought to justice.

The essence of the whole story is for countries in Africa as a continent, to actually pay close attention in monitoring the doings of people holding political offices, whereby different offices have few corrupted members who serve as the bad seed planting and trying to manifest into members of their offices the illegal and corrupt doings. the process ans practices of check and balances should be rigorously adhered to, so as to fish out corrupt leaders..
